Perfect for infilling lashes previously done by another technician and giving them a full look, this service will make your lashes look fresh and flawless once again. Please note that all lash artist may use different brands and techniques which may result in a slightly different look. Prices may vary depending on the condition of the Lashes and the amount remaining
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Fee Policy We aim to provide the best experience and care for each of our clients. Please review our cancellation and fee policy below: Cancellation Policy: We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To ensure we can accommodate other clients, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a £20 cancellation fee or loss of your booking deposit. No-shows or failure to cancel within 12 hours will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will apply. Please note that arriving late may also result in a shortened appointment time, depending on our schedule. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. We’ll be happy to find a more suitable time for you. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment, especially for new clients or larger services (e.g., full sets). This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Refunds: We do not offer refunds on completed services. However, if you experience any issues with your lashes within 72 hours of your appointment, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the problem. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! Your adherence to these policies ensures we can continue providing excellent service to all of our valued clients.
